Kebijakan Klub

Pihak manajemen klub menegaskan bahwa batasan pembelian maksimal empat tiket per orang telah diterapkan untuk menjaga keamanan proses penjualan.

"And diligently monitor the sales process to ensure that tickets are securely purchased by fans," kata Brian Fork, CEO Carolina Hurricanes pada hari Minggu.

Manajer Umum Carolina Hurricanes, Eric Tulsky, menjelaskan bahwa tingginya harga merupakan dampak alami dari tingginya permintaan pasar.

"There's a lot of demand right now, and it's part of how the business works," kata Eric Tulsky pada hari Senin.

"When people all want to come to games, the games get more expensive. When nobody was in the building, you could get in for $5 or $10 bucks.

That's not how it is now. I think we still have very competitive prices compared to most teams.

We have an affordable market comparatively.

But when you get to the Final, there's a lot of people that want to come to games and that's just how the market works," ujar Eric Tulsky.

Tulsky menambahkan bahwa harga tiket di pasar sekunder saat ini melonjak hingga dua kali lipat dari harga resmi yang ditetapkan pihak klub.

"You look at the secondary market, they're going for twice face value," kata Eric Tulsky.

"The demand is even higher than where we priced it.

We tried to keep it to a place where our regular ticket holders could still afford to come.

But it's a lifetime memory and that's something a lot of people want to be a part of," ujar Eric Tulsky.
